To begin with, it is my profession, being a chef i always have to make sure that every single ingredient is alright, then its my passion, i usually enjoy to test new recipes, research the net on all sort of lovely food related things. Folks usually question me, what would be a good diet, in particular ladies and my answer is always exactly the same, good ol' fresh organic food and give up feeding on junk from McDonalds. If you want to live healty then pay attention to yourself. Food is critical to me. This is the first time I hear of ramen in tomatoe soup but would not have the chance to try it unless I go to Tokyo or find one outside the city. Maybe in Fukuoka which I visit frequently.
